That Pyro is probably Mexican has been a pretty popular theory for years (maybe less so in recent years), since some of the first cosmetics they got were a Sombrero, Flamenco, Poncho, and so on.Those were the only cosmetics that were really based on a nationality and not just generic weird items (like a propellor beanie or a plunger).
